Our partners specialize in breeding beef cattle, the maintenance of bio-certified pastures and meadows, the production of high quality fodder crops, and butchering high-quality cuts of meat.

The farms selects and breeds Aberdeen Angus (Black Angus and Red Angus), where mother cows give birth in completely natural pastures. The purity of their environment and the clean water gives the Angus beef, which is organically produced and has an excellent texture, its unique tenderness and taste. The cattle are transported from the farms directly to the slaughterhouse in strict compliance with the European requirements for humane treatment. The meat comes from young cattle, between the ages of 17 and 21 months old, and has a marble look with dense structure.

It is all thanks to the advanced cultivation technology, used during the final phase of fattening, using quality cereal feed without any antibiotics, hormonal preparations, genetically modified feed, or carcass flour. The premium veal meat of Aberdeen Angus has a unique taste and tenderness, made to the satisfaction of our dear customers.
