Our partners for the Black Angus breed are Bio-Angus Farm Group. The farm specializes in breeding of meat cattles, maintenance of biocertified pastures and meadows, production of high quality fodder crops and extraction of the highest class of premium meats. The farm cultivates cattle under the selection control of the breed Aberdean Angus (Black Angus and Red Angus). The mothers give birth to calves in an absolute natural environment of pastures, which are biocertified by a German certification company. The virginity of nature and clean water of the Stakevska River ensures that Angus beef, which our customers receive is the most proven organic production with excellent texture, unique tenderness and unique taste. The animals are transported directly from the farm to the slaughterhouse in strict compliance with the European requirements for humane treatment. The meat comes from young cattles between the ages of 17 and 21 months and has a marble look and dense structure .
This is due to the correct technology of cultivation, mainly in the final phase of fattening with quality cereal feed, without antibiotics, hormonal preparations, genetically modified feed and carcass flour.
