Steak T-bone
DESCRIPTION:
The T-bone steak gets its name from T-shaped bone that includes the backbone and its attached finger bones, and includes a smaller section of both the tenderloin and the strip loin.
Rib the steaks oil and season with salt and pepper and other seasoning if desired.
Grill, broil, or pan-sear at high heat and finish in a hot oven (200 C) for about 12 min. for medium rare or to the desired temperature.
Flavor: black pepper, brandy, garlic, lemon, olive oil, red wine, rosemary, thyme.
